How does the visiting fee work?+
Pay once and get a 14-day pass to view that specific property. The fee covers our agent's time to coordinate access and accompany you on the visit.
Is Rentify a broker?+
No — we're a verification and listing platform. You deal directly with the landlord. Our only fees are the visiting pass and an optional listing fee for landlords.
How long until my listing goes live?+
Within 24 hours. Our team visits, photographs and confirms the property before publishing.
Do you cover areas outside Kampala?+
We currently focus on Greater Kampala — including Entebbe, Wakiso and Mukono. More towns are coming in 2026.
