1. Agreement
By using the Rentify website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Rentify SMC Limited operates this platform from Plot 850 Serumaga Road, Bukoto, Kampala.
2. Listings
All property listings are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated or fraudulent.
3. Visiting Fees
Visiting fees grant a 14-day access pass to view a specific property and are non-refundable once the visit has been arranged.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when listing, applying or contacting us, and to behave respectfully towards landlords, tenants and Rentify staff.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rentify acts as a marketplace and is not party to rental agreements between landlords and tenants. We are not liable for disputes arising from such agreements.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
